Origins

Our

Like many realities of Italian textile excellence, our company also stems from family entrepreneurship: founded in 1969 by my parents Carlo Coita and Piera Cassini, who passed on to me the passion for care and artisanal quality, today ANDRE is still directed by me with an entirely family "team".

The specialization in the production of high-quality socks in fine yarns, for prestigious male and female fashion brands, has allowed us to increasingly develop stylistic and design research, while remaining strictly faithful to the Made in Italy product.

From the beginnings as operators in private label, we have strengthened ourselves to the point of launching our brand ANDRE in 2013, which has progressively established itself in Italy and abroad, thanks to its presence in boutiques and specialized stores, at national and international fairs.

Quality

Colors, design, technology, and materials: these are the elements that shape each of our collections, subjected to rigorous quality checks at every stage of production.

For each sock, we prioritize the choice of raw materials: noble long-fiber Egyptian cottons that create soft and durable socks; the innovative zero cotton that "eliminates" any pilling residue from the fiber, ensuring the sock's integrity even after numerous washes; fine superwash machine-washable extrafine merino wool; exquisite cashmere, linen, and pure silk with an exclusive and elegant touch, and much more.

A quality evident to the eye and touch, supported by certificates and guarantees that allow customers to identify the characteristics of individual yarns.

Sustainability

Dedication to quality is not limited to products but also extends to our commitment to sustainable development. Sustainability and social responsibility have indeed been at the heart of our daily commitment for over fifty years.

Certified Raw Materials: 100% of our production is made with certified raw materials. We only collaborate with certified Italian suppliers who produce eco-sustainable and recycled yarns. Most of the raw materials are completely traceable.

Recyclable Packaging: We use only fully recyclable materials for packaging, thus reducing our environmental impact.

Traceability and Transparency: We pursue total traceability and transparency of our supply chain, rigorously selecting suppliers and collaborators, asking them to subscribe to and respect our code of ethics.

Zero Chemicals: We do not use chemicals in any production department, ensuring a safe product and a healthy working environment.

Reduction of Environmental Impact: We constantly monitor emissions, reduce waste, and organize processes with respect for the environment and people.

Zero Kilometer Supply Chain: All production and finishing of our products are carried out in the territory (province of Brescia).

Worker Safety: We guarantee safe and healthy workplaces and provide our employees with constant and concrete support.

Personnel: 90% of the workforce is female, and 100% of the workforce is locally hired.

Internship: We periodically welcome young interns from local schools to introduce them to the culture of an artisanal activity.
